Struct Duration

pub struct Duration(pub Duration);

Duration is a wrapper around core::time::Duration essentially, to keep the usages look cleaner i.e. you can avoid using serde annotations everywhere Todo: harmonize google::protobuf::Duration, core::time::Duration and this.
